James started his career in finance as an interest rate derivatives trader at Macquarie Bank in 2007. James worked from 2010 to 2015 in New York, including time at the Millennium Partners hedge fund. Since his return to Australia in 2015 James co-founded FundingPro a provider of credit advisory and broking services to private clients seeking a premium service offering. James has extensive experience in debt structuring across commercial and residential property. James has been a member of the Shalom College (a student accommodation provider) board of directors since 2017 and is currently serving as Honorary Treasurer.
Jonathan has a background in Mergers & Acquisitions since 2008, having worked at KPMG and Origin Energy in Sydney, and then joining Deloitte in London between 2011 to 2014. Upon returning to Australia, Jonathan worked in Private Equity at Aura Capital before co-founding FundingPro in 2015, a provider of credit advisory and broking services to private clients seeking a premium service offering. Jonathan has extensive experience in debt structuring across commercial and residential property.
Building on his background in local government planning, Daniel manages the entire planning process on urban renewal projects as Planning & Development Manager at Central Element. Daniel’s previous roles include Development Manager at both Walker Corporation and Greenland Group, as well as Planner at Mecone Urban Planning and Woollahra Municipal Council. Daniel also provides property development and approval advisory services to a number of disability providers including Civic Disability Services.
